  1. Do I need to register to shop?

    At Jigno, we are always happy to welcome you as a guest shopper, and it is not mandatory to register with us to shop. However, registration will only help us to enhance your shopping experience with Jigno. Also, the customers will be able to avail various benefits at Jigno by registering themselves.

  2. What do I do in case of my password is forgotten?

    A registered customer shall reset the password at anytime by requesting a password reset mail to registered email id. Reach out to our customer support if you face any issues

  3. Does registration automatically enable marketing emails from you?

    No mere registering does not automatically subscribe the customer for marketing emails/newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter, but yet want to avail the benefits of being a registered user, just click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter

  4. How could I get notifications on new arrivals, deals and discounts?

    The customers will be notified of all the offers via emails to their registered email id.

  1. How do I place an order?

    • Browse through the wide range of apparels available in the Jigno catalog available in Jigno and select the product of your choice
    • You can either add them to the bag and purchase later or select Buy now and proceed to check out immediately
    • Enter your Complete Address along with Pin Code and review your order summary
    • Apply Jigno Discount Coupon applicable if any and place the Order
  2. Can I modify my order after having placed it?

    • We regret that you will not be able to make any changes in the order including the product, delivery address, phone number or email id.
  3. How will I know if the order is placed successfully?

    • Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation mail and an SMS from Team Jigno
    • If you had not received any communication or you are facing Issues while placing order please contact our Customer support @ +91-9566020127

Shipping Policy

As a policy, We are committed to deliver all orders we receive at Jigno at the doorstep of customers as swiftly as possible

The shipping charges vary for different orders based on the order value and delivery location of the customer. The shipping charge will be clearly mentioned in the checkout page before you make a payment and it is also printed on the shipping label that comes along with the package. Jigno shall offer Free Shipping as a part of its promotion at times and the same shall be applied on the basis of minimum order value.

  • Free Shipping will not applicable for Guest Users. And would require the customer to register themselves
  • If an order is subsequently cancelled by Jigno, we will refund your shipping charges.
  • If a customer returns an order that is delivered, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If an order of yours is cancelled before it has been shipped, we will refund the shipping charges. However, if your order has been shipped, the shipping charges will not be refunded
